Clear numbers before work starts

Your budget is for the build
Each option shows a typical build budget: materials, labour and installation, including VAT.

Your finishes set the budget
We design to the option you choose. If finishes or scope go above it, we show you the new number before anything is ordered.

Our fees are separate
Design, project management and site supervision are quoted separately. Site measure: R750 for one room, R1,500 for a 3-bed house, credited when you go ahead.
