FOR A FULL INTERIOR DESIGN PACKAGE, WE DELIVER EVERYTHING FROM CONCEPT TO INSTALLATION.
We know how important it is that projects are completed well. Achieving this requires a thorough understanding of the finer details throughout the interior design process. Our team starts gathering the essential components at the first stage of the brief and the project’s budget to installing and delivering the end project elements. We work collaboratively with you throughout the whole interior design journey.

We do all this in 6 easy steps
Step 1:
PRE-DESIGN CALL
We ascertain the topline brief, budget and present the proposal to the client for approval. If the client has existing plans, this “discovery call” can be done virtually, however where no plans exist — we may have to do a site visit.
STEP 2:
BRIEF
Upon acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the fees deposit, we do a site visit (with the client) to measure, take pictures and do the necessary observations (if not done in step 1).
Step 3
CONCEPT DESIGN
We then develop conceptual sketches, mood boards, furniture layouts, elevations and all the necessary drawings to show design direction for client approval.
Step 4
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We develop more detailed and technical drawings — allowing us to get to the finer details of the specifications i.e. joinery designs, wall finishes, floor finishes, ceiling plans, lighting plans, electrical plans etc. to detail all elements of the design required for a thorough costing.
Step 5
PROCUREMENT AND FINISHING INSTALLATION
Once the budget is approved and the client pays the necessary deposits, we then begin procuring materials and deploying subcontractors to begin site works accordingly. Where custom furniture or imported goods are concerned, the project lead times are always longer i.e. 6 – 8 weeks or more. Once the site is ready and all furniture and décor items are delivered, final installation can take about 7 days, depending on the scope.
Step 6
CLOSE OUT
At the end of the project, we do a “reveal” and go through the project deliverables against the brief. This step allows the client to review and feedback so that if there’re any needed fixes, they are noted and attended to. Worry not — we avail ourselves to our clients after project handover for a period of 3 months for after-sales service.
